Silvia Tennenbaum

Silvia Tennenbaum was born in Frankfurt in 1928 and emigrated to the United States in 1938. She studied Art History at Columbia University and worked as an art critic. Her first novel, RACHEL, THE RABBI`S WIFE was published in the USA in 1978 and immediately became a bestseller. It was followed in 1981 by STRASSEN VON GESTERN. Silvia Tennenbaum lives on Long Island.
